excellent city center stay
central location helpful staff modern design
the location was central! it made exploring the city convenient. the staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient during my check-in and throughout my visit. the room's design was modern and well kept with good attention to detail.
the room's air conditioning unit was a bit noisy and sometimes disruptive during the night.

fantastic stay!
room layout ample space brand new bathroom
i loved that my executive double or twin room had a nice layout with ample space! there was a well stocked mini bar, and the bathroom fixtures looked brand new! plus, the turndown service each evening included delicious local pastries and port wine.
the noise from the street at night really disturbed my sleep, i could hear everything, even with the windows closed!

the room included a comfortable king size bed, a work desk. a seating area! it also featured a modern bathroom with high end toiletries, and the complimentary wifi worked perfectly.

convenient location helpful staff good choices
The hotel's location proved very convenient for exploring. I found the staff quite helpful upon my arrival. The breakfast included several good choices (especially the pastries).
I noticed the room's lighting was dim, made reading difficult at night.

central location tasty breakfast friendly staff
The hotel is located centrally making it easy to walk to attractions. I enjoyed the tasty breakfast offered each morning. The hotel staff was always friendly making the experience more personal.

awkward faucet noisy unit
The room i had felt far from a true five-star experience. the faucet in the bathroom was frustrating. Its awkward positioning near the edge of the basin made washing my hands clumsy and uncomfortable. the air conditioning worked, but the unit was noisy. i really struggled to sleep with it on high, but the room became too warm if i lowered the fan.
